After shopping around at a total of 4 kitchen companies. CW made it easy to make our decision to go with their quote. Their pricing was more than fair comparatively and the service we received was exceptional.
Paula was our sales representative , not only was she patient with us, she also was very knowledgeable and her experience with design made it seamless to create the perfect functional kitchen with the space we had to work with.
CW’s quality of their cabinetry was superior in all aspects than what we had seen, top quality.
The covid19 shutdowns had affected our scheduled timeline for install. CW was respectful of all closure and we were contacted right away when it was made clear we could continue to receive the kitchen install, after an updated Fedral announcement, to go ahead with the install.
The installation was done by a gentleman named Lee, his quality of work was exceptional and he remained to be extremely professional and communicative.
Paula also helped us coordinated with our countertop installation (done by Grand River Granite - Garen), this was the icing on the cake to have us incredibly happy customers.
CW is a long standing reputable company and after this experience from day one to the end, I know why they have been around as long as they have!
