Welcome to your client guide
Welcome to your client guide — a resource to help you navigate every stage of your project with confidence. From the first design consultation to the final touches, we’ll walk you through our process, care tips, and warranty coverage. Our team is committed to creating custom kitchens and fine woodworking that stand the test of time.
Our process
-
Our design team will schedule a visit to our showroom to go over any inspo photos you have, styles and finishes of cabinetry, measurements, and photos of your current space in order to get an understanding of what you’re envisioning.
-
After meeting with you about your project, we need to get some measurements of our own. Out site manager will book a time to come to your home in order to gather and confirm the dimensions of your space before we start designing.
-
Now that we know the exact measurements of your space, our designers will create a design you love, even if that means multiple versions and some back-and-forth conversations. In some cases, you may even receive a 3D rendering.
-
Once you sign off on the design, our shop team gets to work on crafting your cabinetry with love and care. Our designers are still heavily involved in this stage, communicating with the shop team to ensure everything is made to perfection.
-
Your cabinets are packaged carefully to avoid any damage during transit. Our scheduler will reach out to book a delivery date most convenient to you. We ask that the area is clean and empty, allowing our shipping team to deliver with care.
-
Your cabinetry will be installed by one of our well-trusted professional contractors, working efficiently to finish the job in 1-5 days depending on scope. Work may begin as early as 8:00am and continue until 6:00pm to make the most of each day.

Look for signs of scratches, chips, or discoloration. If you notice these, take action quickly to avoid further damage.
Avoid using any abrasive chemicals when cleaning or wiping down your cabinets as it may cause damage.
Regularly wipe down the cabinets with a soft cloth. Avoid using a lot of water, and use a mild detergent if necessary.
Dust your cabinets regularly. Use a soft cloth or duster to remove dust from your cabinets.
If your cabinets are exposed to water, dry them off and use a wood sealant to prevent further damage.
Have your cabinets professionally inspected and serviced as needed. You can contact our team for that if needed.
Make sure all hardware, such as knobs and hinges, are made of materials that are resistant to wear and tear.
