Job Summary:
As a Lead Custom Woodworker, you will be responsible for interpreting floorplans/drawings, cutting and assembling custom wood components, and ensuring a flawless finish for each piece. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with custom cabinetry, furniture, or architectural millwork, and a deep understanding of wood materials, joinery techniques, and finishing methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and assemble custom wood products from shop drawings

  • Operate woodworking machinery including table saws, planers, jointers, CNC machines, routers, and sanders

  • Perform precise cuts, joints, and fits for cabinetry, panels, moldings, and custom millwork

  • Apply finishes such as staining, painting, or sealing based on project specifications

  • Work closely with project managers, designers, and other team members to ensure project accuracy and quality

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in custom woodworking or millwork

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership role

  • Proven expertise in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints

  • Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, wood species, veneer work, and finishing methods

  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery

Job Summary:
We’re looking to add a Service Technician with 5+ years of experience installing, servicing or building cabinetry. In this senior role, you’ll be the face of CW Kitchens on job sites and in customer homes. You’ll drive a company-supplied service van (with tools provided), follow your daily schedule, and handle service calls at builder sites and homeowner residences. The role is hands-on, requiring cabinetry repairs, adjustments, and assessments..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain CNC routers

  • Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and other files to ensure accurate cutting

  • Prepare materials, load programs, and oversee machine setup and calibration

  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to optimize performance and precision

  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure equipment runs smoothly

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise

  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and shop team members to meet project specs and timelines

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with company safety standards

Requirements:

  • Visit builder sites and customer homes to complete service and warranty work

  • Repair, adjust, or replace cabinetry components (doors, drawers, hardware, panels, etc.)

  • Assess service needs, take accurate notes, and communicate next steps

  • Represent CW Kitchens with professionalism and excellent customer service

  • Maintain van, tools, and equipment in clean and organized condition

  • Follow safety protocols and conduct yourself appropriately on active construction sites

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years cabinetry or millwork installation/service experience is required

  • Strong carpentry or cabinetry skills, with attention to detail and quality

  • Professional communication and appearance; confident speaking with homeowners and builders

Job Summary:
As our Delivery Driver and mover, you’ll be responsible for transporting finished kitchen cabinets safely and on time to our customers. This role combines hands-on work with customer service — loading and unloading deliveries, keeping vehicles organized, and ensuring every client has a positive experience. It’s a fast-paced, physical role where attention to detail and professionalism matter. Because our deliveries involve large cabinetry and heavy loads, candidates must have proven experience driving a 26' straight truck or other large vehicles over 26'.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a 26’ straight truck and follow predetermined routes and schedules in Ontario

  • Load and unload cabinets and accessories, ensuring all items are securely strapped and protected during transit

  • Maintain open communication with supervisors and office staff about delays, issues, or delivery updates

  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on delivery vehicles

  • Keep vehicles and loading areas clean, organized, and safe

  • Deliver excellent customer service and represent CW Kitchens in a professional, courteous manner

  • Take ownership of each delivery to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and proven experience operating a 26’ straight truck or similar large vehicle

CW Kitchens is looking for a professional, tech-savvy, and compassionate HR Generalist to join our team. This unique opportunity begins as a part-time role focused on recruitment and transitions into a full-time HR Generalist position with comprehensive responsibilities across the HR function.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Phase 1: 6 months (Part-Time)
    In this initial stage, the focus will be on recruitment for skilled trades roles, including:
